#3211: Fedora buildboxes have messed up /dev/pts after the weekend outage

wget
http://sunsite.mff.cuni.cz/private/ptstest-1-1.src.rpm
koji build --scratch dist-f12-updates-candidate ptstest-1.1.src.rpm
shows:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1879259
that /dev/pts isn't mounted in the buildroots at all (not just with bad
permissions as it used to be in F11) and /dev/ptmx is a symlink to
/dev/pts/ptmx which doesn't exist.
This means that expect/dejagnu don't work at all, and is a show stopper
for F12/F13 gcc development, because no gcc build is actually tested (all
tests fail).
Please fix this ASAP.
