dcallagh added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` Yeah, I think that would be the right solution for all the wrongly retired packages in #6945. It doesn't make sense to file new updates (and wait two weeks for them to go stable) when nothing in the package has actually changed. ``

I do not feel comfortable to just re-tag everything and without confirmation that people are actively maintaining the respective packages. Also packagers need to remove the dead.package file to indicate that the package is still maintained. Otherwise the builds will be untagged again. ``
