Cinnamon was retired from EPEL7 due to missing dependencies.[1] I've added the missing deps to EPEL7[2] and would now like to restore the packages.
The previous packages work exactly as before without a need to rebuild. I can rebuild them if that is required.

* When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

mohanboddu added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` @jcpunk Since you dont own it, can you ask any of the cinnamon maintainers to add you as a maintainer, without that, you cannot build the package and it becomes their responsibility to maintain it for epel7, which they want to do.
Once you become a maintainer, please come back and ask for the unretirement. Sorry for the hassle that you have to go through. ``
