(which we'll need to do sooner or later, may as well be sooner).
the obsoletes and provides in libjpeg-turbo are wrong and reading the
description for it doesnt inspire any confidence of it working on secondary
arches. which means we cant block in on the primary hub.
We should fix the packaging bugs in libjpeg-turbo
a yum update on my laptop running rawhide gives
