The bug tracking updated translations for virtinst was assigned to the
wrong component and I forgot about it :( This build just pulls in the
latest translations.
I did basic smoke testing to ensure nothing was horribly busted.

2.28.1 fixes a number of crashes and other serious bugs:
- Fix a crash when we try to download a missing gstreamer plugin through
PK
- Don't fail if a drive cannot be checksumed after a burn
- Fix a data corruption when libisofs was used for a dummy session
- Fix #596625: brasero crashed with SIGSEGV in brasero_track_data_cfg_add
- Fix progress reporting
I actually asked upstream to do this release early, to help us get these
fixes
into F12.

This build includes upstream fixes for some translation issues.
Should be low risk; only change will be less untranslated strings.
We will likely get a 2.28.1 in time for F12 anyway, but having these fixes
in now would be nice.

This upstream bugfix release (+ one simple git backports) fixes 523862
which is a BetaBlocker, and it is 22:00 over here now, so that is all I
have to add :)

bug #520512 is a security issue with dnsmasq's tftp server which has been
open for over a month now
We have been unable to contact the maintainer, so I went ahead and built
the fix
This isn't a particularly serious issue since dnsmasq drops root
privileges and the tftp server feature probably doesn't have a huge amount
of users, but it would still be good to have fixed in Beta
I will start the non-responsive maintainer process

this moves F12 to the actual release of the 1.7 X server as opposed
to the snapshots we've been using up until now, we were 99.9% this release
anyways but we'd prefer to use the actual release tarballs + numbering

During testing of dbus, it was discovered that pscap and netcap were
misidentifying dbus as running as root rather than the dbus acct. This
problem is limited to those utilities and not in the underlying library
that many apps are linking to. So, the impact is isolated and not
systemic. Because pscap and netcap are called out in the Lower Process
Capabilities Feature test plan, they should be working right so that that
testers do not report problems. Please tag libcap-ng-0.6.2-2.fc12 for beta
release. Thanks.
