Unfortunately I am afraid that they are overwhelmed with other Fedora
admin tasks.
In that case, we will have to workaround this. My main concern is the
lack of "update" hook. Can we manage without it for a while? Can we
agree to use the standard git pre-commit hook that does commit validation
on the client side?
The up to date version of the hook could be found in git.git:
http://git.kernel.org/?p=git/git.git;a=blob_plain;f=templates/hooks--pre-...
It has to be installed as .git/hooks/pre-commit and made executable.
Meanwhile two of the requests can be solved without their
assistance.
I set the reply-to on linux-pam-commmits as I am the list admin.

And the
full name in the commits will be there if you set your full name in the
fedora account system.
The singularity of the situation is that full name is actually set in
the Fedora Account system (at least mine is definitely set). This is
the most minor issue, though, to bother about it so much.
