If you substitute the user name of another account in the URL when
you're viewing your own account information you should be able to see
that.
I guess I've caught the difference. There is a "Privacy" property which
was set to "Private" for my account, and to "Public" in yours. I
suppose
changing it to public will make "Full Name" available for other services.
