No, nmcli AFAIK has no ability to modify/edit connections at the moment, you can just check them: # nmcli -f all con status or up/down/delete them: # nmcli con help
But it's been planed for Fedora-20 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/NetworkManagerCLIAddConnection
