Hi,
It seems that nspluginwrapper is standard installed in F9, also on 32-bit systems. But it looks it does not work well with nppdf.so (Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2), at least not on 32-bit systems. Is this a known issue?
When I add "nppdf*" to IGNORE_WRAP in /etc/sysconfig/nspluginwrapper (and run "mozilla-plugin-confg -r" so that the symlinks will be recreated at the next firefox start), everything seems to work ok. But when I use the wrapper with nppdf.so, firefox starts behaving problematic most times when opening a PDF link (it often more or less freezes for that tab).
Thanks,

File a bug against nspluginwrapper, please.
Thanks a lot,

I would be surprised if this wasn't already filed, since it looks like any of several open tickets. http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/nspluginwrapper

I think it had some sort of memory leak when used with Adobe's Reader 8.1.2.

I don't see it filed anywhere. If you want me to take a look at it please file a BZ.

Well, at first sight this best seems to describe the problem: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=456017
The behavior was a bit confusing, but IIRC obscuring was the start for several problems. And sometimes the initial window stayed blank too (not always, but that might be related to whether I switched to other virtual desktops in the meantime).
If you want me to test something specific, I'll try do that tomorrow when I'm having access again to a F9 testsystem.
