Yeah! that is not a good idea anways...so simply pirut needs to re-synced. :)
But just installing fedora-packager won't get the entire system
upgraded to Rawhide. Actually, i suggested a temporary enabling,
better to use yum from command-line,
# yum --enablerepo=development groupinstall fedora-packager
The problem here is simply that some mirrors are out of sync.
