Hopefully this could be caught and prevented by the tool we use to
manage updates. I've CC'ed Luke since I can't find the product for the
update tool in bugzilla (maybe I'm being stupid again though).
I'll see what I can do about making the update system smart to catch
this. The Fedora Infrastructure bugzilla product is set to disallow new
bugs, since the ticketing system[0] has been in place (although I still
don't think that update system bugs belong there). You can create
tickets against the 'Update System' on there in the mean time.
