ceph's builds started to fail in Fedora rawhide

f34
I updated my rawhide box yesterday and it builds fine on that.
There is no compiler/compilation error in the build logs, just make
terminating. OOM killed perhaps?
I.e. in the build.logs of the the koji scratch builds I have run.
We had this happen because of LTO.
However I only saw this (for me) on armv7, and IIRC ceph isn't built
on 32 bit arches any longer.
Anyway if you can't find the answer any other way, try to see if
disabling LTO makes a difference.
