output docker images instead of just the tarred rootfs.
However, I'm glad they're open to having Docker Hub support this directly --
it's definitely _better_.
We could still publish F21 Alpha image - it would just require some
manual work and the result would not share the ID generated by Koji.
Let's definitely do this for alpha. Do you think there's a chance that we
might have the more direct process for beta?
