"replacing" stanzas show up if Obsoletes are declared. That's how DNF
tells you something is Obsoleting something else.
Not in this case. It turns out I had many duplicated packages on this system.
dnf seems to be saying that the upgrade is upgrading the newer
version of the package and removing the dup at the same time.
I think so, the output doesn't make this obvious.
