No, doesn't have an F-lock key that I can see. It's usually beside F12.
But I do see a Fn key. That might serve the same purpose somehow, to
lock the F-keys in an alternate interpretation. Maybe, with a
combination of some of the other modifier keys, it locks into the blue
interpretation. I'm not sure how to check that.
The BIOS will usually have a configuration which turns it one way or
another. If various F keys lower and raise volume or do similar things
then the Function keys are turned off and need to be enabled by
pressing the Fn key and the function key. [EG its a shift for
functions]. In the case of a semi-functioning system try using it so
you are needing a vulcan nerve pinch of Control-Alt-Fn-F12 or
Control-Alt-Fn-F3 etc.
