How's that implemented? Does the code come from RHEL? Or does EPEL
modify some RHEL package? Or does it modify comps group? Or does it
modify default mock configuration for EPEL?
epel-rpm-macros was added to the buildroot and buildsys-build group in comps
which defines the macros
