Why's that? I'm occasionally bitten by this.
It has always been like that, for example I haven't zzuf installed and
I can install zzuf-debuginfo .
dnf debuginfo-install zzuf.x86_64
Installing:
glibc-debuginfo
glibc-debuginfo-common
nss-softokn-debuginfo
zzuf-debuginfo
So, at least, is a problem on generation of debuginfo packages , not
dnf or yum
