Is this chain expected?
I recently rescued scala when it was orphaned, specifically to save
jacop so that the chain to it from the coin-or-* packages would not be
broken. But I'm not sure jacop really needs scala. I think jacop may
just be providing an interface that scala programs can use to access
it, but mp doesn't use that interface.
I made a note to myself to look into this, but it hasn't floated to
the top of my TODO list yet. If anybody wants to investigate before I
get to it, please go ahead.
