I have such a list now :-) The latest python-twyt (0.9.1) isn't in
Fedora yet so there's something to get started on. Feel free to mail me
off-list for my XMPP address or if you have any other questions. I lurk
around freenode as AndyP, too.
Thanks for taking these on, it's a great help.
Just mentioning, but if the situation is temporary, it sounds like
you'd both want to co-maintain these two packages. That way, Andrew
gets Cc:ed on any bug reports automatically.
