All the python files in one of my packages (nfs-ganesha) have

I do not have python-unversioned-command installed on my f30 box.
AIUI, setup.py alters the shebangs to match the python that's in the path
when it runs.
When I build (rpmbuild or mock) on my f30 box, the shebangs are left
unchanged.
Yet the packages built in koji all have their python shebangs changed to
/usr/bin/python (by setup.py.) The build.logs show
that python-unversioned-command is not installed. Where did it get
/usr/bin/python from?
