I believe I saw these on a list for inclusion in FC4. However, there have been no signs of it yet.
OO 2 was delayed a bit, so I can see if this was dropped, though I hope it wasn't.
Evolution 2.1.x should go beta for 2.2 very shortly (may have happened, but release not done yet).
Gnome 2.10 is on more or less the same schedule as 2.1.x.
When, if, are we going to see these in rawhide?
Is there anything I can do?

We're planning to push Gnome 2.10 into rawhide between Gnome 2.10 beta1 and FC4 test1.

I plan to push this into Rawhide next week - and there are quite a few packages depending on evolution-data-server these days (gaim, gnome-panel and OO, IIRC) so I'll need to fixup these when I do.

Don't forget gnomemeeting which also depends on evolution-data-server.

To build the help documentation of OOo2 you require a working java, so I've been working on making OOo and gcj play together well enough to do that, and support a handful of the optional java components. The gcj patches for OOo were approved up-stream on friday. There was a little problem in libgcj which should be resolved soon enough https://bugzilla.redhat.com/beta/show_bug.cgi?id=142366 and then we should be able to push a OOo2 alpha/beta in parallel with the OOo1.1 similiar to gcc4/gcc reasonably soon.
