Hi,
seems there was a new build of armadillo in the last days that broke
at least gdal in F-22 and F-23

I see armadillo-6.500.5-1.fc22 in f22-override, so my question whether
the issue is being fixed. repoquery gives me
dnf repoquery --whatrequires 'libarmadillo.so.5()(64bit)'

I sent a message to the affected package owners last Friday.
Initially I expected to do this faster but I the process had a delay.
I have rebuild mlpack on Wednesday, mmseq yesterday and I am now rebuilding
gdal (I started that before seeing this message).
I will submit an update as soon as the build finishes.
