I am not sure why that is happening but will look into it. The
packages for 7.6 have been downloaded for over a week and it should
have updated when that happened or sometime in that time frame.

This should be fixed as of friday.
I forgot that we have a redhat-release-server rpm in epel.
This is due to the fact that the 'alt' redhat-release-server is/was
newer than the x86_64 one, and it made all packages come out with a
'.el7a' dist tag. So, we made a redhat-release-server in epel that is
just a rebuild of the existing one. I forgot to make this build when 7.6
came out. ;(
