FWIW, this isn't an LTO problem (I just checked). I'd tend to think this is
more
likely a problem in glslang. FWIW Dave dropped in a new glslang into
rawhide just a few days ago.

Thanks, I try disabling LTO earlier and it did not help. After seeing Dave
Airlie's update, I tried an old glslang too with no success.
