Join us on irc.freenode.net in #fedora-meeting for this important meeting, wherein we shall determine the readiness of the Fedora 24 Beta.
The meeting is going to be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 17:00 UTC. Please check the [Fedocal] link for your time zone.
Before each public release Development, QA and Release Engineering meet to determine if the release criteria are met for a particular release. This meeting is called the Go/No-Go Meeting. Verifying that the Release criteria are met is the responsibility of the QA Team.
Release Candidate (RC) availability and good QA coverage are prerequisites for the Go/No-Go meeting. If you have any bug on the list, please help us with Beta release. If we won't be ready by Thursday, we will use this meeting to review blockers and decide what to do.
For more details about this meeting please follow the [GoNoGoMeeting] link.
In the meantime, please keep also an eye on the Fedora 24 Beta Blocker list [Blockers].

Hi,
I see a bunch of LUC bugs as proposed beta blockers. If we would block the beta release on a LUC bug, then we should just revert to older LUC to avoid these issues.
LUC is undergoing a lot of work to be usable as the default download, but it has not yet been approved by the Workstation WG and I expect it's a F25-timeframe issue at this point, so there is no need to rush things here or put unnecessary time pressure on the LUC developers. F24 is already an entire month delayed; I don't want to delay F24 on LUC when the previous, less-pretty version was working fine enough.
