I just asked Colin, who looked at the patch.
There must have been some miscommunication, since he had expected you to
do the build for F12
Sometime earlier this year something was changed in the package db that
requires you to be a proven packager to touch other people's packages. I found
this out when I tried to rebuild all the dependencies for the audit-libs
soname number bump back in August.
