Thankfully it seems to be always sent with the same Message-ID,
so Cyrus' duplicate filter has eaten them all :)
As usual it's some muppet with a broken mail setup spamming us all.
You should _NEVER_ extract recipients from To: and Cc: headers and
attempt to reinject mail into the mail system.
