On Fedora you probably want JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java or JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/jre
Most programs that want JAVA_HOME to be set require a jvm tree similar to
Sun's one (not FHS compliant) so they can't use the stuff in /usr/bin
