It is my fault because I forgot to manually expire everything in the buildroot once my
last build was done.

It's just a anoying set of packages that all need overrides.
nss, nss-util, nss-softokn, and nspr.
Once they are built if one override expires slightly before the others
the buildroot has problems, or if they are just being added and one
hasn't finished landing.
You can manually expire overrides, yes? Can't we ask the nss maintainers
to manually expire all the overrides together as soon as they're done?
