Seems so. But I only checked the four you mentioned below.
I was
seeing errors due to directories not owned by perl-libxml-perl,
perl-DateManip, perl-Parse-Yapp and perl-URI.
Often caused by autogenerated RPM spec files, where the created
list of files is inaccurate and does not include directory entries.
