I recently had a new bug reported[1] that every time the user attempts to save FreeCAD crashes. There hasn't been a new release until just recently for over a year (or two?) so my assumption is that something changed in a depedenant library but there's so much information in the backtrace I'm unable to figure it out on my own.
Building the 0.17 prerelease did not help so I don't think it's a gcc bug but I can't reproduce the problem in F27 so for now it seems to be rawhide only...
Any pointers appreciated.
Thanks, Richard

No clue, it's not a private bug and others have gotten into it no problem...
Thanks, Richard

I see it as a private bug here, but can view it without any issues after login with my account. So I guess any normal Red Hat BZ account is sufficient?
Greetings, Christian
Whoops, never ran into that before, must be marked that way because it was auto-reported by abrt?
Fixed now.
Thanks, Richard
As far as the bug itself, I'm seeing if I can move from the old zipios++ 0.1.5.9 to the newer project zipios 2.X but I ran into what looks like an unrelated compile error so I posted that to the freecad forums.
Thanks, Richard
