I think I actually did it yesterday:
$ fedpkg scratch-build --arches=armhfp
the arch is wrong, armhfp is yums basearch but the rpm arch is armv7hl
but yes there are things to do with scratch builds. but a rebuild an
arhc is chosen at random.
Sure, it's only a scratch build, but it came in handy to test a
bug
fix from upstream related to a build failure on ARM.
