I discovered an easily reproducible bug in Rawhide back in June which
affects LVM:

This breaks many LVM commands, eg. 'lvmchange -a ..' which is used
during boot.
The same bug has now started to affect Fedora 23 because of the
backporting of the buggy kernel version to F23.
I think this should be a blocker for the F23 release. How do I make
it so?
Determine what release criteria the behavior violates. I'm not
thinking of one off hand, if it's not breaking the installer in some
way, or ability to boot the system. It's a bad bug but that doesn't
necessarily mean it's a blocker.
