which should be in line with upstream:

Well, actually the initial import of rubygem-rdiscount seems
version 1.6.3.2, and it seems its COPYING was actually more
Apache-1.1-like than BSD-4-Clause, so I can understand that
the initial packager labeled this as ASL-1.1, ref:
https://github.com/davidfstr/rdiscount/blob/5efa97de9fc4874635a59d3f7835b...
https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-1.1
Anyway I agree that current license is under BSD-3-Clause, license changed with
2.1.6:
https://github.com/davidfstr/rdiscount/commit/78de75c515bb8c93d1842e64488...
I am pretty sure this is not a match to BSD-3-Clause as currently
specified by SPDX but I have submitted an issue about this:
