The OpenVAS 3 stack is submitted for review already. The first step is
indeed an update of the libraries to version 3.0 (2.0 is already in
rawhide/F13).

Since OpenVAS is a big stack, by the time we got some of the packages
reviewed, upstream had already released newer versions.
