But how does this help? Without certain features, you simply can't build
package (in my case, I can't build any rust packages on EL7).
If I may suggest, don't use soft deps for builds. Ideally, it would be
turned the heck off for koji and mock. Soft deps should be for
deployment environments, not build environments.
