Removed "qt5-qtbase-ibase" package and distrosync command went fine:
From qt5-qtbase changelog it looks like this package was disabled due to Firebird FTBFS on s390x which was later fixed.
So probably qt5-qtbase maintainers (Cc-ed) need to enable it back.
