But you still ship with "spatial" nautilus, and the last discussion
about it (as far as i remember) contained a lot of "upstream is
configured with spatial as default, so we must as well"...
It's probably relevant in this case that the upstream maintainers in
question are also the Red Hat maintainers ;-)
