I still don't know the cause of this issue, I don't think this is
gtk3's fault (alone). It's possible to generate similar breakdowns
for many packages (My gut feeling is, this culprit is dnf).
Example:
# dnf install usbguard-devel.i686
I don't know about this package, but for gtk3-devel.i686 I also
tried yum-deprecated with the same results.
