Sagemath 9.2 is out. It unbundles the rubiks package (currently sagemath-rubiks), so we now need a separate package. Review request here:

This package has no upstream. Rather, it has 3 upstreams, all dead. The sagemath developers now manage the code. They keep some patches for this code, as do various other Linux distributions. I've collected several such patches for Fedora.
