Jason, to your "is it worthwhile" question: I think we're just not ready
to move to non-RPMed things, even though I think we should get there.
We need better tooling to track the provenance and status (license,
security, etc.) of non-RPM artifacts.
Plus, I don't think containers are the whole solution here. It'd be
super-nice to be able to tell people to `yum install asciibinder` to
get started with Fedora documentation.
