It doesn't install anything: "Nothing to do."
If this is the actual message, this should really be updated. If it said
at least something as "advisory FEDORA-
2020-81a3b3df7d was not found in metadata", it would be more helpful. I
think it would be good to open BZ ticket against DNF suggesting this to
improve. Bodhi is trying to be helpful but DNF not at all.

But as clarified in this thread, it is a mirror propagation issue. Need
