It cannot work as long as gtk3-devel relies on pkgconfig(foo) dependencies
instead of arch-specific explicit Requires.

$ rpm -q --whatprovides "pkgconfig(atk)"
atk-devel-2.18.0-1.fc24.i686
atk-devel-2.18.0-1.fc24.x86_64
Should the pkgconfig() dependencies be modified to contain %_isa or
%__isa_bits?
