It's not part of the package provided by the script updating pdc, but that's a
symptom, I do not know why the script did not consider it.
Looking at pdc, it looks like syncthing has no master branch at all:

Well, that's ... unusual, I'd say?
Whom do I have to poke to fix the pdc database entries, and to get an
f28 branch?
