tool, which adds this rm string _by default_ to all packages that have a

As for the other packages, my guess is that the majority were built when
this was still the policy and have not been modified when the policy

However the issue is still a bit unclear. While a lot of people use pyp2rpm which results
to many auto-generated
spec files, would it still be a good approach to include it, so the egg-info can be
regenerated through the %build phase?
