Hi,
my APC UPS died and as I won't be buying new APC UPS, I can no longer test and investigate bugs. So apcupsd is free for taking if anyone wants it.
Cheers, Michal

Well, I need it but I don't really _want_ it. So it would be nice if someone else using it would join in.
I've taken the Fedora branches, and EPEL7. I might be convinced to take the older EPEL branches but only if I can build it without a lot of cruft in the spec and only if someone is there to test it.
I'm cleaning up the spec now.

Eh, I could help. I don't do anything very fancy with it, and my small simple UPS is on my mailserver, which I don't really want to do a lot of powerfail testing on, but at least I have it in use.
So I could help with EPEL if you want; generally though, packages like this don't get rebased or updated much in EPEL so I doubt it's much work.
If anyone has a more interesting apcupsd setup, it might make more sense for them to step up but in a pinch, I'll help.

I'm just posting for the record. sandeen and I chatted on IRC and he's set up now.

All maintainers are welcome. I have a number of UPS units including some big SRT 10KVA units, but really I think I only have three different models and they're all pretty new. So there isn't that much "interesting" testing I can do, either.
Anyway, I've cleaned up the spec file a bit and run through the tickets. It looks like at least a couple of them would be fixed by small changes or pushing an updated version to EPEL7 so I'll look at doing those soon.
