Without filing a bug, the person responsible for fixing it might not know about it. So there's close to zero chance of it being fixed until you file a bug.
I know, but also don't want to fill bugs when not necessary. I'll check it when F8 T1 is out. If it will work then it is OK, if not, I will file a bug.

Bugzilla isn't only for bugs.. file it anyway. It lessens the chance of forgetting too. In fact, replying to this e-mail is probably as much work as filing a bug.
