I'm currently flip-flopping on this, as to which way is the best to go. I
also realized we'd need to add --management-network and/or subnet for this,
so it seems like we're getting into the territory of duplicating a lot of
the network code.

If you want to implement it, cool. However, I think this is a bad idea
for the reason you just said. Also it seems like Michael has done a
very good job of KISS with the cobbler project and this is not simple.
