Jonathan,
I don't have this type of controller, but probably could help.
Can you try to run this snippet in a slightly modified form- replace the
line
DISKS=$(awk '{if ($NF ~ "^[a-zA-Z].*[0-9]$"&& $NF !~
"c[0-9]+d[0-9]+$"
&& $NF !~ "^loop.*") print "/dev/"$NF}'
/proc/partitions)
with this one:
DISKS=$(awk '{if ($NF ~ "^[a-zA-Z].*[0-9]$"&& $NF !~
"c[0-9]+d[0-9]+$"
&& $NF !~ "^loop.*") print "/dev/cciss/"$NF}'
/proc/partitions)
and see if it helps. Those are one liners, of course. If it works, I can
put some logic in the snippet so that it would not break it for other
hardware.
Actually, after digging into list archive, I see in June 2009 Jeff
Schroeder provided examples of the /proc/partitions for similar
controller. My suggestion above would make no sense if your controller
works in similar way. In this case it is something else.
