Odd. I'll fix this in a bit and check the other branches.
It would just mean some things (kernel+initrd) might not be deleted as
they should be on distro removal.

Yeah I fixed it in my devel branch (not pushed to github or anything), but
it seems to work like it should. What made me curious was, I'm testing
cleaning up after removing a windows distro, and my code wasn't being hit.
So I grepped through the code, and the only reference to
remove_single_distro is in action_litesync.py, which is the function
declaration itself.
What makes me doubly curious, is how has this been working without it? git
blame shows that code was written 12/12/2007, so this is not something that
snuck in recently. It seems logical to me, that this was part of a code
rewrite when doing the --recursive stuff, when sub-profiles were introduced
(since there was a 1-1 relationship before this).
